Argentina emerged victorious in the first semi-final match of the Buenos Aires SAMC 2023 tournament, defeating Colombia by 41 runs on October 21. The match was a nail-biter, with both teams fighting hard to secure a spot in the finals. Argentina ultimately prevailed, thanks to a strong performance by their batting lineup.

Argentina won the toss and elected to bat first. They got off to a solid start, with openers Luis Tarouco and Facundo Imhoff putting on a 50-run partnership. Tarouco went on to score a brilliant century, finishing with 124 runs off 102 balls. Imhoff also played a valuable knock, scoring 65 runs off 54 balls.
